As best with my research; Sam's club (if you're a member) has the cheapest cost of Premiere Protein (available for pick-up or shipping). Through the BariatricPal store, I tried a variety pack of Nectar protein shakes, smaller protein per serving but the flavors so far haven't been a disappointment

I think it depends on our surgeon. My 2-week pre-op is full liquid. I drink 3 protein shakes and 1 clear protein daily to get 90grams of Protein

I am planning on August. All my prerequisites are complete and just awaiting a surgery date. Congratulations!

Hi all! I am completely new to this and any online forum group. I just finalized my decision to have the surgery and it will be in August. Exact date TBD. I had already completed all the necessary prerequisites for insurance and was still hoping against hope I could lose weight naturally. My body has rejected nearly every natural way to lose weight and I finally decided that surgery was my best option. I look forward to meeting most or all of you and reading your journeys throughout this process.
