    4 nights. Apparently that is long compared to others. I was so dehydrated after surgery that I had an IV connected the whole time. On day 2 even 2 IVs for a few hours. I was so freaked out about the first week that this was a blessing for me. Had my own room and a TV and if anything was wrong I could call somebody. I was glad. I would have freaked out at home alone.

    I had to take 2 PPIs before surgery. After I got 1 different PPI. My heartburn started after 4 weeks and got bad so I asked him to give me 2. It worked great. Now I feel fine. Tried some cold brew coffee the other day and it triggered my heartburn. So no coffee for me.
