:unsure:I have 6 cc in my 10 cc band. I don't feel any restriction at this point. Is this normal?

I have 6 cc in my 10 cc band. I still don't feel the fullness that everyone talks about. I can eat a whole grill chicken sandwich. The only difference that I have is.....I have to chew really good. If I don't it does hurt. And I can't eat fast. When I chew good and slow down, I could have what ever I want. When should I expect to feel full?

I have started to slim when I eat to fast or not chew well enough. I do have this, I don't feel restricted though.

When I eat too fast or don't chew my food good, I hurt. But other than that, I don't feel restricted yet. I have 6cc in a 10cc band. Is this normal?

I will start my liquid diet tomorrow!!!!! I bought different low cal juices, low sodium V8, and a vitamin liquid juice something.....of coarse, Slim fast. Wish me luck. I dream of being smaller!!!!

Ooh, I pray for your success!!!!! There is nothing like being a mother. That is awesome that you are making this committment now. Your husband seems supportive. With him by your side, you can woop the world. My husband is my biggest cheerleader!! I just can't believe that I have let myself get this heavy. Thank God for the lap band. I am going to give this my all. I keep focusing on when I was 150#'s ( while back) I know that I can be that size again. When I went to an info class, there were people in there that had the wrong attitued. They were asking questions like, "how much does it cost to take one out?" I was thinking... I'm not worried bout that unless I had too. This is a life time committment!!!!!!!! Lets take one day at a time. Hey were are you going to have yours done? Mine, in Waxahachie. I want to set good examples for my children and I need this behavior modification. I'm tired of feeling so sluggish. So, I'm ready to get the show on the road. Have bout 60 to 70# to loose. Sister, we can do this!!!!!!! Keep in touch. Rosie

I'm self pay too. I just know by spending that kind of money, I sure want to be compliant with my diet and exercise.
