  1. I’m 13 days post op and it’s true what everyone is saying. I too posted the very same post saying I felt regret but IT DOES get better with time. You have to put in work everyday and try to get all your liquids in. It pays off.
  2. Hello everyone! So I’m on the purée stage and was wondering how often I should eat... I have my 2oz cups setup and ready with egg salad, chicken salad, apple sauce.. etc. I felt weird having my first 2 spoonfuls and stopped because I felt my adrenaline going and got nervous thinking it would come back up! So anyway.. I’m waiting 30 minutes before I can drink my water. And then wait another 30 minutes to dig into my 2oz cup again? Is that how you do it? Thank you everyone!!!!
  3. I’m doing so much better. However, I had a very bad experience with constipation this morning to the point I almost passed out due to the unbearable pain. I didn’t drink any protein today because I’m so scared of another episode. :(
  4. How funny!!! I freakin love dips and creams.. I wonder if I’ll end up hating them too ?
  5. Things will definitely get better for us!!!!!! Everyone says so, so it must be true! Lol
  6. Wow! Definitely didn’t think I’d get so much encouragement. I genuinely feel SO much better. I keep telling myself I’ve got 5 hrs to finish my last 11oz protein shake and 8 more oz of fluid for me to make my goal fluid intake.. cause it’s lights out at 9pm pacific time.. I’m so tired ?
  7. Amazing post! Thank you for sharing!!!!
  8. You guys think going back to work 1 week post-op is too soon? I have a desk job so definitely don’t do any strenuous work. I can walk whenever I please, so that’s not a problem.
  9. You’re so cute! Thank you! It really is a total mind f**k... it’s so hard but have to convince myself I can do it.
  10. Hello everyone. I had my surgery (sleeve) on Wednesday 11/14 and I’m a total wuss when it comes to pain and discomfort and am regretting it so bad right now. It hurts to drink anything. I’m nauseous. I don’t mind the stomach soreness much (just feel like I did a bunch of ab crunches). I’m supposed to be drinking my protein shakes but I’m scared to even try lol sucking on the popsicles give me cramps and I know this will “pass” but I keep thinking, what if it doesn’t. I feel stupid for typing this :(
  11. I’m scheduled for surgery November 14th!!!! I start my pre-op diet on Halloween ???? lol
