Just had my baby boy. I had a defill and I only gained 20 pounds and now Im smaller than when I started...when back yesterday and had all mine put back in and doing great...oh I had a c section also...

I had 6 cc and had to have all removed except for 2 cc because I was 4 months with no weight gain. However I am 21 weeks and have gained 5 pounds now. So I think everyone is different depends on you.

Hi I live in Southern Highlands and was banded in July.

Hi I am 4 months pregnant and have been banded since July. I know I got pregnant too soon. I have lost 57 pounds and have lost about 10 pounds since being pregnant. The doc says the baby is growing just fine but I still worry if I'm eating enough. I had them take out all my cc except for 2 and I feel like I'm eating normally now. Anyone else been pregnant and gained no weight?????

I had surgery in Mobile, Alabama but I live here now and I see Dr Atkinson. I have no seen him personally but his staff and PA's are very good.

Hi all, I am from Jonesville, SC however I currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada. I had my second fill today which was .5 cc.. I am sorry I feel NO restrictions..what is the deal??? I have a 10 cc band and I started with 2.5 and my first fill was 1.5 and now on out I only get .5. I think I need more???:wink2:

Actually I now live in Las Vegas, Dr. Lane only did my surgery I have my fills in Vegas...Sorry I couldn't help...I can't image dr lane being aggressive about anything...he is soo easy going and such a nice guy....

I was banded on July 11 in Mobile Alabama by Dr Lane.. I now live in Las Vegas and searching for a doctor continues.....

I was banded on friday the 11th and today is Sunday. I am having sharp pains in my left shoulder and my stomach is making all kinds of noise?? Any advice what to make it better???????

Well it finally happened I was banded on friday..Today is Sunday and I am extremely sore and I really can't eat too much yet....

Well I finally had my surgery on friday. Today is Sunday and I am extremly sore.. I have lost 15 pounds already. Hard to beleive. I didnt have to have a shrink visit..... I had to see a nutrienist and a physical fitness instructor...

I have no idea what that means. Mine just had the doctors name and approved.

Well I went for my pre-op visit today and I have already lost 10 pounds...YIPPYYYY Also Tricare did move rather quickly..Once everything was submitted it took tricare about a week to approve me online...however I am still waiting to get the confirmation in the mail... but it is approved...so online is the best place to look,..Once I got approval I called my doctor and scheduled an appt and BAM here I am......I am on the liquid diet now a week and my head is killing me...and I am hungry...I am ready for this surgery...

I received my approval last week from Tricare and I go see the doctor tomorrow for an upper GI and blood work and my surgery is Friday. All this is happening so fast!!! I am getting a little nervous. I feel I really don't know enough about what to do afterwards. I am on my liquid diet now and it is going terrible. Seems everything is running right through me....ewww... sorry to be so blunt..... I can't believe it is finally happening after all these months......YYIPPYY

Hi Mary I see that you are in Las Vegas. I am having surgery friday in Alabama and moving to LV on the 21st. How are the doctors out there?

I went on april 30th for my consult in Moible, Alabama and today is the 14th of May and I am still waiting. I know my insurance will cover the surgery however I haven't heard anything...should I call...should I just wait...what is next?????:party:

Did you find a doctor in Vegas that gave you a fill?????? I am moving to that area with the same problem???
