Yes I'm almost 24 and it stinks that I've struggled all my life with my weight I feel like I'm too young to be having back problems and knee issues I don't want to waste anymore time. I agree with it not being easy, and it bothers me when my own family tells me it's the easy way out I already know it will be a challenge but I'm ready to grab it by the horns. That is awesome! I can't wait to feel confident in short little dresses again and actually feel pretty again. I had actually lost a lot of weight before I got pregnant down to 190 but during pregnancy I gained everything back and MORE!(now 315 my heaviest) I'm ready to make a long term lifestyle change..hopefully my place offers clothes that would be amazing being that I'm now a single mom who can't fit any of her old clothes...CONGRATS TO YOU! and thank you for the encouragement. I'm not a pushy person but I am prepared to switch doctors....the thing is this doctor has my history ive done HCG 4 times with no long term results I've tried weightwatchers,juicing.

I have a doctor's appointment in a couple hours where i plan on asking my doctor for a referral so I can get a VSG my bmi is 49.7 I'm 24 and my family keeps saying no they won't do it (we all have the same doc) I've decided that this is what I want to do but I'm scared of rejection

Anyone with United health care how long did it take for you to get approved? How long was the entire process from initially asking about the surgery to actually getting the sleeve done

Anyone here have a c section as well as VSG?Is the pain level comparable?
