  1. I think if you find out your body fat amount and then lose most of that, but not all because we are women and need a certain percent of body fat, it will help to know where you should be.

  5. I have not met my surgeon yet. I have to go through my pcp, for referrals and tests first. I'm working on the 6mo diet before approval.
