  1. Can you please tell me about the silicone molds for broths and soups? I feel like a dummy in the area of broths and soups.
  2. Me too...June 4th. I’ll be thinking about you!
  3. Ha! I feel once I get home from vacation & gay back to everyday life, I’ll be okay! Gonna suck it up and get back to business!
  4. Hello all. All of a sudden, I’m struggling with self control regarding sweets. Mind you, I have lost 41 pounds during the 6 month medically supervised weight loss that my insurance required me to have before approval for WLS. I don’t know if it’s because mentally I think “this is my last hurrah” before I buckle down and do my two weeks per op diet. I’m just needing some words of wisdom so if anyone has any, I’d love to hear them! Thanks in advance. [emoji17]
  5. I needed this today. Thank you! [emoji173]️
  6. I keep having this recurring feeling that WLS is going to happen and then when I wake up my surgeon tells me that I have something anatomically wrong with my stomach and that I despite having my sleeve, I will not lose any weight. [emoji20]
  7. ????Is it weird that I 100% understand this is a compliment? I’m sure I will be hearing these exact words in about two months! Lol. Congratulations on your WLS!
  8. I’m down for that! I live in the College Station area, about 1.5 miles from EVERYWHERE. But I drive all the time and would love to have a goal of a 5 K in a year.
  9. Do you have any tips for those of us patiently waiting for our surgery dates? I’m scheduled for June 4th and am so nervous about the two week pre of diet. Any words of encouragement or advice would be greatly appreciated. You totally motivate me!
  10. Dang girl...you look amazing!! Keep up the great work...you rock!
  11. My problem right now is that I e been so busy with house buying ad land preparations that I’ve fallen off the wagon in regards to eating well. During my six months of medical weight loss, I’ve done incredibly well and even lost 39 pounds. I don’t need anyone to shove food down my throat. I’m currently having trouble with eating properly all on my own! ?
  12. Hello! I am scheduled to have my sleeve done on June 4th. I’m starting to gather things that I need. The book my surgeon gave me is a bit small & doesn’t explain what I would do with unflavored protein. What proteins taste okay and what about Nectar? Chicken soups? Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated!!
  13. Yes! June 4th! I’m just trying to figure out what I need to buy...so overwhelmed about the protein shakes and unflavored protein!
