  7. I’m March 26 as well. How’s it going so far for you? [emoji4]
  8. I was March 26. It’s been about 23 days or so. I’m feeling a little less heavier now. Everything is normal, diet is going well as well. Only issue is that I feel I’m not walking enough.
  9. When did you start walking 5000 steps? After how many days/weeks of surgery?
  10. I got my surgery on March 26, that’s about 23 days ago. I’ve lost about 26 lbs so far, and doing well otherwise. Best part so far is that I fit in my old clothes which I haven’t worn for over a year. Alls well, but I still feel lazy. Can’t seem to get off the couch to go walking in the park. How many KM / Miles, should I make it a point to walk per day? Any ideas?
