I'm 3 weeks away from my 1 year mark...I'm down 75 lbs...1lb short of my goal...just can't quite get there...I'm working hard this month to make it...but I'm feeling amazing...even did a home yesterday that 1 year ago I would have made up whatever excuse not to do it. Love the new Me!!!

I was sleeved March 21st. I'm down a total of 40 lbs. I love in Chile and started doing a therapy called carboxytherapy 1 month after surgery...it helps to keep th e skin from becoming flaccid..and it really works. I'm not sure where or hit much it costs in the States. Good luck Sammi

I'm a bit concerned.. I read about all of you who were sleeved in March. I had mine March 21. You have all lost much more weight than I have. In total, pre and post op I am down 34 lbs. I started at around 214 and am now at 181. Any thoughts? According to my nutritionist I am on schedule and everyrhi g is good. thnx

I was sleeved March 21...in Chile south South America where I live. I am down 34 lbs...water has definitely been an issuE. i have been exercising regularly and am down 2 sizes in pants. Nutritionist is pleased.

Hey. How are you doing? I had surgery 21st too. Have follow up with nutritionist today. Been stalled for a couple days. Anxious to see what nutri says.

I had my sleeve March 21st. Wednesday will be a month. I live in Chile and had my surgery here. I was in hospital for 2 nites. My weight at beginning of process was 98 kilos.. about 220 lbs. Day of surgery I was at 93 kgs and now I am about 83..whichbis around 180lbs. I'm super happy and trying to handle constipation...besides that I am great and very ready to move on to next stage. Move on from mush. I love reading about everyone else going through the same!!!
