Dont worry nobody is fault free, we all mess up here and there. Just always remember why you got into this, my main reason was my parents families on both sides have lots of dire medical issues and i dont want to end up being seriously sick when i am 33 and i want to enjoy life raising my kids plus i want to look good, i was always a big football type but never slim. Hey Klee i had my first doctors visit on Wednesday lost a total of 22 pounds. I was ecstatic! I still feel ok but my stomach isnt liking the full liquid stage much i have suffering from diarrhea for the last 2 days. Doc says its ok. Tried light yogurt which isnt very good for me as it doesnt fill me up on the spot but comes back with terrible bloating and nausea 15 min after. Still cant complain much. We are same surgery date buddies also got it April 19th. My first appointment with the surgeon is today. Havent weighed myself since the surgery so pretty excited to know how much weight i have lost. I can definitely feel a difference in clothes size. It hasn’t been that hard so far but i had a bout of irritability yesterday i was furious over a small issue it must be the lack of sugar as i am usually pretty mellow. Hi Everybody I had my surgery on the 19th of April. Its an insane change but i actually dont mind it much. I did my op in Egypt where i am from and the Doctor’s rules are a lot tougher than what i read around here. I havent seen many posts including the use of a spirometer which he has me do every other hour. Its a nuisance but afterwards i get lots of relief. I will be on clear liquids for a week and then the plan is reassessed during my doctors appointment to see whether we move on or not. Good puck to everyone and lets hope we all reach our goals.
