Remain positive. I got my approval about 3 weeks ago and had my surgery on 10/23 I’m in tons of pain but taking it one day at a time

I called them and I basically wasting a week getting no where! After speaking with them yesterday I found out that I needed to go through accolade and they will be sending a referral to optum. So we begun that process.

Has anyone tried Cleveland Clinic in Florida. If so, can you please share your experience?
