  2. Hey sooo I have my weigh in tomorrow, been working out ,and deff haven’t played any games. Saw my doctor like 2 months ago so I’m not sure how many after surgery visits I have left. I’m trying to eat light today because my fluctuation is noooooo joke. Any ideas of light things to eat today?

    Any idea why?

I got my sleeve done about the last week of March. I’m nauseous after workouts a lot I’ll be walking home from the gym after and start gagging or sometimes during the class I stay hydrated but also drink very slow since I’m nervous about throwing up in class. Before surgery I would drink a good amount of water during workouts but now I’m so nervous. Any ideas what it might be or suggestions on what I can do to prevent it.

    Any idea why?

Do you think it’s normal though since at the end of the month it’ll be like 3 months out I just thought that would be more during the 6 week diet post op diet

    UGHHHHHH

I'm starting to regret getting it because I don't think I'm strong enough for this. I have failed with little bits here and there nothing crazy but have also thrown up. Now I'm more nervous than ever. I feel fine but I'm just terrified. Any advice? I need a sleeve buddy at this point 🤦🏻‍♀️[emoji30][emoji30][emoji30]

    UGHHHHHH

Thank you I was just worried because I had mine in March 24th so I'm like really nervous that I already hurt my body. I don't feel different but because I have thrown up I'm nervous. I'm wondering what I should do now.

    SOS I'm nervous

I'm not going to lie I feel like a failure I cheated a little on this after surgery diet it's week 4 and I had something. Please don't shame me in these comments I was doing so well. I'm scared now like what if I have a leak or something!!! What should I do? Is one thing going to hurt me? It's been hard because I've been throwing up the shakes and the soups. I just threw up what I had too.
  9. Got mine on March 24th wondering when I can lay on my stomach to go to bed and also when I can apply things such as Cocoa butter on/ around it????? It's driving me a little crazy. Also I have lost about 17-18 pounds from the 24th- 30 but now nothing. I know it hasn't been long but just wanted to make sure that's ok. I workout everyday and obviously am on the post op diet. Cant do my heavy workout classes yet according to doctor but Any suggestions? Like do I need more water or anything else u guys can think of?

    After Surgery

I got the Sleeve done little over a week ago. I was wondering if anyone would like to share how they have felt after the surgery. I thought maybe there would be some similarities. -Challenges -New things they noticed - Weight differences Also have a few of my own questions What are your diets like after? When did you sleep on your stomach again? Did you put cream whether scar cream or regular right after? If not how long after? If anyone had piercings how long after surgery did you wait to put them back or did you leave them out all together? Last one I promise how did you feel after well maybe down the road if you took any medicine like maybe you got a cold or even regular medications. Was it normal for you? And if anyone else has questions they want to ask that's cool too. Thanks in advance!!

    After Surgery

Oh and I forgot to ask but workout wise I was doing a lot and it got easier over the months but after surgery it's been a real adjustment. I have to wait for weeks for stuff other than walking but also I have had to sort of re-control my breathing. I've been out of breathe just from walking a little which hasn't happened in quite a while. Is it like your body adjusting back or gaining its strength back?

    Any April surgery buddies

Hey, I actually just got my surgery about a week ago. It's been a challenge with the big change but so far it's been worth it. I have lost some since. I'm looking forward to see how it goes from here on out before I make my... I guess "official judgment" on how I feel. Wishing you the best for yours
