  4. Hey hangin there. The same happened to my last year ( I haven’t had my surgery yet) I went the exact same symptoms and it was dehydration. After the iv drip I felt 1000 times better. And potassium mega dose I felt like Superman. Talk about a recharge. I never felt so alive . I literally blacked out and was carried to hospital after 3 fainting spells. I also felt sick as if I had the chills or flu. I couldn’t eat. I was shaking you name it. Dehydration is horrible !!! So get your iv drip feel better and get back out there. Think of it as a skinny girl problem. ? you’ll be fine. Ps. You look amazing ? I hope this helps
  5. My Family came over yesterday to stage a Intervention to stop me from pursuing my weight loss surgery now that I have completed all requirements and scheduled for operation last week of September. This intervention last 3 hours. What I realize is that they really care about my well being and honestly they are SCARED . I educated them about the process. And emphasize the great possibilities with getting my health in order. Long story short their response derived from fear and love. Although it was much more drastically conveyed to the ears. I say this to say be educated in what your doing so you can educate others and also be firm in your decision. With that said this conversation will be the first and last time we discuss this (intervention) until after my surgery. This subject MUST not be revisited prior too , the day of or minute prior to operation with family/friends who are “Unsure” and are not sharing experience in your body. You have to make your own decision in life. And know what’s best for you. This is YOUR LIFE. So live your best life. My date is tentatively set for last week in September pending insurance review. And I plan to make my own decision. I will continue to pray for all of us that we make the best decision whether to do it or not (surgery) but ultimately that all things work out for the goodness of God. That we will be healthy and while in Jesus Name Amen. I wish you all the Best , Portia H
