    question.

I like decaf tea with stevia, sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello and pudding, warm chocolate Premiere protein drink in the morning. Feeling great one week post op. Also, walked 2 miles today. HW - 267 SW - 247 sleeve 4/23/18 CW - 237 GW - 170 5’5” 66 years young[emoji16]
  3. I am 4 days post op. Still nauseous if I sip anything but water. Did get a popsicle down last night. I probably overdid the walking yesterday (2 miles) and may have gotten a bit dehydrated. I love eggs and will be very happy to add those as one of my first puréed foods. Glad the post op gas is finally gone.

    Waking up after sugery

Just had mine today. Only pain I have is from T.J. gas/air they pump in. They just gave me some liquid hydrocodeine. It’s really not that bad.

CALLING ALL 2 WEEK PRE-OP DIETERS.

I did 11 days of the liquid diet before surgery today. I love the Premier protein drinks .Costco sells the case for $25 for 24 of them. They have chocolate strawberry and vanilla. Sam’s also carries a cookies and cream. You can do this. I am having just a little bit of pain . Mostly from the air they pump in during surgery.

CALLING ALL 2 WEEK PRE-OP DIETERS.

I love the Premiere Shakes, as well. I heat up a chocolate one for breakfast. It tastes like hot cocoa. The Carmel one is a little sweet, but still okay. There is also

CALLING ALL 2 WEEK PRE-OP DIETERS.

I’m one week into my two week (actually 11 day, surgery is Monday[emoji51])pre-op liquid diet. Been having 2 Premiere Protein shakes, sugar free jello/pudding, strained cream soups and broth. Anything that would help to make the surgery more successful is great to me. It has been difficult, but not impossible. I did slip early on and had two bites of cheese one day and a small piece of braunschweiger on another day. I am having a bit of trouble with constipation now but started a small dose of milk of magnesia yesterday AND just now ordered a”poop stool”[emoji16] I’ve lost 9 pounds in the first week of this liquid diet and can’t wait to get the surgery done! Let’s do this pals!!

14 Weeks Post Op - Multiple Stalls

Talk to your doc about taking biotin. That should help with hair loss.

    Bulk shopping.

I’m having surgery on the 23rd. Now on my 4th day of liquid diet and doing good. I got the Premiere protein shakes at Cosco. Way cheaper in bulk! My best idea was freezing leftovers for the last few months, now I don’t have to cook much for my husband!

    Secret sleevers?!

I’m pre-op, but getting close. I have only told my immediate family (6 kids and spouse) No extreme negative comments, just concerns from a few. My husband is having second thoughts. But he has Alzheimer’s and I’m doing this as much for him as me. I need to get healthy to take care of him better. I know this is going to be very hard and the biggest change I have ever made in my life. I don’t want ANY negative people putting in their two cents!

    Sleep Apnea test

Just did my test at the Sleep Center last night. I took 2 Ibuprofen PM. I was sleeping pretty good from 10 pm until 1:30 am. They woke me and put CPAP mask on me. I didn’t sleep worth a darn after that. Waiting for final results.
