  1. oh my,i will keep that in mind for any future cravings[emoji6]
  2. i haven’t had my surgery yet but have lost 50lbs on my own this past yr & have kept it off despite pool parties, holidays,& going out.i usually drink cherry or grape vodka w/diet cherry/cran or sometimes in the summer peach, pineapple,or coconut vodka w diet tropical juice.i also luv the hungry girl 100 calorie margaritas for a crowd but u probably should drop the diet 7up because of the carbonation.i also like mojitos but maybe use coconut water instead if club soda & i use a little stevia or truvia to muddle the mint & lime, the mint really is soothing on the stomach.i will surely miss the cocktails but hopefully learn one day how to balance them in the far future.
  3. i certainly can add to this long list of great things to come.wearing a normal swimsuit w no shorts or coverups, shopping for clothes in any store i want, instead of combing the plus size sights, looking for fashionable clothes in my size or shoes that aren’t extra wide, being able to dance for hours on the dance floor w/out sweating & feeling winded,to be able to take a zumba class & not feel self-conscious,to b abe to train for a marathon, well i could go on & on as u can tell, lol
  4. wow,u sound just like me,but u might actually have me beat, lol.i research & research & read & read & try to b prepared for any future scenario.i still have to have my official consultation but have been working w/the drs.staff to have everything in that i can ahead of time.i will b self-paying upfront so my surgery date could b as soon as 2 wks after my consult.i have told a lot of friends at wk & some of my clients & most of my family.i have lost 50lbs. the past yr.& have been able to maintain during but so hard to get past that.i have been trying to decrease my BP medicine but w/ new guidlines for drs.120/80 is no longer”good” or acceptable,so my meds were increased,.this is what really prompted me into action & finding an affordable deal.i have gained & lost my whole life & have always been told how pretty my face is & wk w/amazing people who always compliment me ,but i really want this for me,to b healthy & energetic&fit & feel good again& most of all to b able to maintain it for the rest of my life.my son is getting married towards the end of the yr.so this will b an added bonus if i have lost some weight by then.i am sorry for making this so lng but i never post anything anywhere but feel so safe & have so much to say & get out to people that really get what we have all gone thru.i look forward to our continued conversations, support, tips,& comments.thks for listening.
