  3. I feel your frustration! Just remind yourself that you do t need external validation from anyone. The key is to be happy within, with you progress and who you are becoming . I’m sure you look fabulous. Keep positive and try not to punch your mum and husband
  4. How are you all getting on? I have entered the paranoid not lost enough weight yet stage, I know it is irrational and I know the theory. Can’t help feeling a tad disappointed though. MGBP was in the 7th, lost 10lbs, then gained 3.. [emoji23] Feeling great though, no health issues at all, and for that, I am extremely grateful.
  5. I only have medium to take and I crush that. Using patches for everything else

  18. Hi everyone, quick update. Have been doing so well, zero pain, zero painmeds, easily managing all my water, no complications at all. I’m sleeping well, doctor moved me on to soft foods as I am tolerating everything so well. 10lbs down - 12 days out
  19. Wonderful news, rest well and recover. You have been through such an ordeal, time to get your strength back [emoji8]
  20. Wishing you the very best of luck with your surgery. You have taken a huge amount of time on your posts and I’m sure so many people will benefit from your food ideas and motivation. Will be thinking of you
  21. Weird that I have to do it or that you don’t? [emoji23] I am in the Middle East, not the US. There are so many variations as far as instruction goes.
  22. My doctor suggesting testing me with a few different types of food when I hit 30 days to see how I react. He said he wants to save me from embarrassing situations at public events. I’m curious to see if anyone else has done this with their Dr
  23. You are right, forgot to add that I am blending chicken breast in my soups too to bump up protein intake. Would be so much easier if I were able to get past the smell of protein drinks...
