I know this is an old thread...but just some points (I have not read all 14 pages)

    1. An addiction is defined as something that prevents a person from tending to normal daily activities, and is typically not someone one can just quit cold turkey.
    2. Not all cannabis users inhale it...which means smoking for them is not an issue.
    3. It has some great benefits, from nausea relief and appetite stimulant to pain relief to anxiety relief.
    4. There are strains out there which typically do not cause the munchies.
    5. Not everyone uses cannabis "for fun." Some people truly benefit from it on many levels.
Be responsible. Do your research. Never drive or operate heavy machinery while under the influence.

I really hate it when people are judgmental and make assumptions.
