  1.    Gingerly reacted to a post in a topic: ~December 2017 Sleevers~Updates
  2. Down 63 pounds, but loss is slowing. Getting exercise in, which is great. Can eat anything; ground beef gives some trouble. Enjoy shakes in AM. Very happy with decision. Just need to keep going.
  3. Sleeved on 12/18. Down 56 as of this morning. Lost 7 inches at waist. Did the closet purge this weekend. Very fun. Need to work on upping my exercise and my water drinking. Constipation a massive problem until I got fiber gummies. Very happy with the decision.
  4. Constipation absolutely brutal. Gross, but completely impacted with clay-like balls. Down to digging them out in the shower! Now trying 6 fiber gummys, green apple smoothies, flax seeds in drinks, daily. If it doesn't work after 3 days, taking pills or suppository. Not having that happen again.
  5. Read article about walking 2 miles a day at one time was most effective. Found that very discouraging. Not possible with my knees. Did elliptical for 10 minutes a day, most of the time. One month out and with less weight on, I'm up to elliptical twice a day for 15 min and one walk a week with the wife for 2 miles. Do something every day, and at the start it may not be much. Don't freak. Aqua aerobics sounds like a good place to start. Hang in there!
  6. I had rashes after surgery. Miconazole anti-fungal powder everywhere seemed to beat it back eventually.
