  1. That is awesome! Congrats!!!
  2. At 5 months, here is an example of what I can eat From the same thread, @Creekimp13 posted what she eats
  3. I was cleared for everything at 6 weeks. I've eaten all kinds of types of salads ever since without problem.
  4. Riced cauliflower - Bleh! no way to cover up the cauliflower taste Yasso Greek Yogurt bars - crazy delicious, doesn't taste like diet ice cream Halo Top - I know people love this, but I can't deal with the weird taste and texture Barrilla Protein Pasta - I can't tell the difference at all, nice way to get extra protein Shirataki Noodles - I can't get past the smell when you open the pack, seriously gag inducing Birdseye Veggie Made Pasta - People love this as well, but it tastes too off to me. Sugar Free Popsicles - Ok, also loved, but the artificial taste is too much for me PB2 Peanut Butter Powder - Good to add to chocolate shakes to break the monotony Soy Protein Isolate - Can't do whey so I thought this would be a good shake add in alternate, way too gritty Skinnygirl Dressing - So artificial tasting, threw them out Kay's Naturals Protein Chips, Crispy Parmesan - these are actually craveable Protein Soup from Bariatric Pal - Most I tried have been tasty and a good non sweet way to get protein in
  5. My only concern for you, is they are kind of big. Do you think you could get them down?
  6. Of my current regime, Zinc is the only one that upsets my stomach. If I don't eat that with food it's horrible. So if I'm left with it at night, I just skip it. These prental multi's are great, they don't upset my stomach even when empty
  7. Lol .. thanks! I do have a good hip/waist proportion. It's just the stupid tummy below my waist I hate. These dresses do a good job of hiding that. I can't wait till I have my tummy tuck and don't have to worry about tummy camoflage!
  8. Thanks! I got them from Macy's online. https://www.macys.com/shop/product/i.n.c.-cap-sleeve-faux-wrap-dress-created-for-macys?ID=5924422&CategoryID=5449&cm_kws=5924422 https://www.macys.com/shop/product/maison-jules-floral-print-fit-flare-dress-created-for-macys?ID=6197404&CategoryID=5449&cm_kws=6197404
  9. Yeah, when I'm home I just put them next to my computer and take them all randomly through out the day. When I'm traveling it's harder, so sometimes I do ending up downing a bunch of them before bed.
  10. Normal dose ... but that is 3 pills. A double dose would be daunting! I also take, Biotin, B complex, B12 sublingual, Zinc, L-lysine, Calcium
  11. There are no gummies that are complete enough. I looked high and low because most vitamins upset my stomach. You can definitely take pills again. I was taking small one a couple of weeks post op. About a month out I was taking all my supplements in pill form. I take Whole Foods Prenatal Multivitamins. They were recomended by my suregeons PA because they are very complete and are easy on the stomach. I buy them on Amazon https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B074KKKMBQ/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  12. I'm at the point where all my clothes have become so big and baggy I can no longer pull them off and look professional. I've been moving down sizes in slacks and jeans, but held off on shirts and dresses. I found two dresses that I absolutely love, and look f*cking amazing on me, in my not so humble opinion. Oh and they are size 12!
  13. Nope, Marriott loyal up until now!
  14. I travel to both Chicago and St. Louis ... so you're practically in the middle!
  15. I usually stay at either the Courtyard or the Renaissance downtown. But the SPG merger opens up a whole new world of hotels to stay at!
  16. I actually do go to Providence semi regularly, but never Boston ... go figure!
  17. I'm actually in TX next week, and in IL a couple of weeks after that!
  18. I travel all over the US, nearly every week .... just saying
  19. I think that is an important lesson. We all have to deal with temptation. We cannot be insulated from it. So facing it and conquering it is what we need for long term success.
  20. Antibiotics are pretty standard with any surgery. I'd be surprised if they didn't give you antibiotics.
  21. I agree, you really need to get into the habit of logging. That way you'll know if you're hitting your protein goals, where you are with calories, etc.
  22. Exactly! I've actually had to get rid of new clothes I've bought, because they've outgrown me now as well!
  23. I've been purging everything as I go down in sizes. If it doesn't fit and I'm not going to alter it, then it goes.
  24. Happy Birthday, that looks delicious!
