Conversion to Gastric Bypass Outpatient?
Thank you so much. If you don't mind me, asking because I get many different responses. Do you know what the weight loss success is. I only lost 40 lbs wth my sleeve within a year despite being compliant and going to the gym.

Hi [emoji112] I was wondering the same thing as I am scheduled for revision to bypass on 7/11 due to gerd and a hiatal hernia resulting ftom the sleeve. I am also outpatient with Dr. Michael Williams

5 weeks post revision and no longer overweight!
Do you mind me asking what was your revision. I had the sleeve a year ago next month and I've only lost 50 lbs despite doing everything right. It's so frustrating. I lost 50 lbs on my own. I feel like a failure [emoji21] now and am not sure if I'll qualify for a revision.

Right. I may have to have a revision to the bypass. I do know I've lost inches which is great but I would like to see more lbs.

Hi [emoji112] did you have the sleeve? I will be at a year next month and the same thing has happened to me. Only about 50 lbs lost. I feel like such a failure [emoji21] despite doing everything right. I go back to see my doctor because my nurse said sometimes a revision has to be done when the sleeve is not successful. I lost almost 50 lbs on my own prior to surgery.

Any February Sleevers?
Hi [emoji112] just thought [emoji189] I'd ask. Im in my 5th week after surgery and I have Dropped 24 lbs but now I feel stuck. Nothing else us coming off. It's still hard for me to really eat. I drink 2 shakes a day, exercise and I'm just stuck compared to some of stories I read. Idk I guess I just feel like I should be or should have already loss more. Being tired - what can you do ?
What complications would cause you to need the bypass if you don't mind me asking? Im starting to regret having the sleeve. It seems as if the weight loss is at a stand still. Over the past week I can't eat without throwing up. I too and tired [emoji31] despite working out and doing everything right. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Hi sarah. I have a, question [emoji782] I think I know what the hw and sw means. Does cw mean current weight? If so that means you've lost over 32 lbs since monday from your sw to current weight. If so wow. Thats fantastic! Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Any March 2018 Sleevers?
Good job! I was sleeved on 3/27 and it is a struggle. I am already down 12 lbs. I get the feeling of something being stuck in my throat. The premier shakes are easier to get down. Today was better. I make myself stick to the diet. I am getting almost 90 grams if protein from the shakes, plus my water and in between the broth, and jello. Trying to stick to 6 small meals. And I'm walking until I can get back in the gym. Keep it up. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

3 month countdown!!
Hi if you don't mind me asking which insurance company are you with? I have BCBS Illinois and my surgeon [emoji40] has approved it and states the insurance only requires a pysh an d nutrition class. I see others on here with the same insurance that say they have a 6 month diet and exercise. Im in Georgia so maybe it varies by state. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

2 weeks post op!!! What stage are you on??
I have read alot about the fluids being hard to intake. Is it because you're still hungry? Is the pain that bad? It looks as though its laparoscopic surgery. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Anthem BCBS 6 Months Pre-Op Diet
Does anyone here have BCBS Illinois? I got approved by the doctor in like a week. I have my consultation on the 31st and she's telling me all my insurance requires is a nutrition class and phys evaluation. Each one seems so different. I live in Georgia.
