  3. I had this very same thing happen.. less the dogs and scared hubby! I laid down in bed the 3rd night, still slightly propped up and my internal stitches pulled. My stomach area felt like it was caving in! Weird. My daughter helped me back to the chair and there I stayed for 12 nights! I am a belly sleeper and I am just now, 1 month out on 1-26, to sleep 1/2 side and belly. Hang in there!

  5. Hi, Ann-Margaret from Great Falls, Montana!
  6. I vowed no more caffeine after my head blowing off night of detox prior to surgery! I make Nescafé decaf instant coffee and put caramel Pure Protein in for creamy flavor! Yum!
  7. Hi from Montana everyone! I had my sleeve surgery on 12/26 too and I’m doing great! I haven’t been nauseous at all. The only time I felt a gag at all was taking the HUGE, dry Tylenol in the hospital. I had to wash it down so much I filled my gut with water. I felt like I would throw up and ended up burping. Of course the internal incisions were painful and still bothersome after 3 weeks but healing nicely. I would like to talk about meals. Adding food in and still getting my protein and water in a day is a struggle
