I got sleeved on 2/2 as well! I am having a terrible time with my protein shakes. My tastes have all changed and all my protein seems nauseating to me. I’ve been drinking Protein2O water but it only has half the protein as a shake. Ugh!

Hi Ladies, I am scheduled for Feb 2nd! Today is day 5 of the pre-op diet. I am allowed to have 2 shakes, 1 meal of 4oz of lean protein, 1/2 cup of unrefined carbs, and unlimited vegetables throughout the day. It's hard, especially without my tea, but I am taking it one day at a time. Good luck everyone!
