  5. I recently moved to walla walla from tri-cities and have my surgery Dec 7th. Hi everyone!
  6. Awesome i got some today so im going to try that... im going through my sugar withdrawals so that should be done in a day or two now! Thanks for the tip!
  7. Just started my 2 week liquid pre-op diet and today was hard but I know that as I get through this weekend it will be a lot easier. When I get to go back to work I will be busy and have less head hunger (Or at least that is what I am hoping for LOL). I know I can do this as I am a rule follower especially when I know I have to answer for myself like I will when surgery day rolls around. I am wrapping my head around the changes more and more as I can as I know this is not a temporary change and I look forward to this awesome tool that I get to use. Just trying to write some things out to keep myself accountable and motivated. I know after will suck big time but I figure it will not suck any more than watching my boys do life. I am so excited to get in there and do life more and more and more with them. I am an active mom with my loves but the thought of things like going down the slide with them instead of waiting at the end for them because I am too big to fit. I will stop rambling but trying to keep those things in the front of my head to get through those hard times.
  8. I love these posts! This is totally what I have been researching and looking into. I do not even know what it would be like to be close to 200 lbs. I have been a big girl since 8th grade. I am so excited to join the losers bench on December 7th!!! I am ready to see the results of the hard work I am putting in. You ladies are such an inspiration to me!

  13. That is so exciting to hear. All I can say is I hope for similar results however, I do not expect things to go that smooth. I l like to prepare for the worse and enjoy it when the worse does not happen! You are rocking this.... I'm excited to see how it goes in the long run for you.
  14. I just started working on lowering the amount of water I drink at a time, as I know this will be one of my biggest issues. I am used to drinking 120 ounces or so of water a day and at least 15 to 20 oz at a time. Practicing with 1 oz cups so I can get as much water down as i can. I start my pre-op diet the day after thanksgiving and I know that will be super hard for me so mentally just wrapping my mind around it. I also prepped freezer meals for my family for the next 6 to 7 weeks so I do not really have to look at foods I can not have and will want lol!

  22. Just wanted to pop on and say hi! I have been reading for a while but wanted to introduce myself and get to know you all. My name is Kerry and I am the mama of 2 crazy amazing little boys and the wife of a supportive husband. I am in stage 2 approval through Molina and working through my appointments that I have to complete. I love getting to read the good, the bad, and the ugly!
