Are TUMS a food group?
I’m suffering the same problem. I had surgery feb 2018. I wake up almost every night with reflux. helps if you eat every 2-3 hours and don’t skip any meal, stop drinking coffee and tea. Try to identify what foods are causing this reflux and avoid them as much as you can. Good luck [emoji256][emoji1303]

Only 3 Day-liquid diet??
Thank you all I was really nervous!!! I had my surgery last Saturday and the recovery it’s been very difficult but I’m happy that everything went well with the diet [emoji322][emoji3][emoji8]

No caffeine? Ever?
I’m definitely caffeine addict (3-4 cups a day)) [emoji1384]♀️ this news is been a shocker for me literally I’m in Pre-op diet I had to do it progressively and I still having 1 cup a day with a quarter of what I use to put on it and I hope tomorrow I don’t have any!!! I’m drinking only tea and I been feeling OK.... remember what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!! Im going to surgery Jan 19!! [emoji1320] good luck [emoji256]

Only 3 Day-liquid diet??
I been reading a lot of the comments about the two weeks Pre-op diet and I’m a little councern about it.. I don’t understand why I only got 3 Day liquid diet.. should I be worried?? Any one ealse?? ... I’m going on Jan 19th

I think is also going to be very uncomfortable for me too and I also suffer painful cramps.. I just want to be the most comfortable after surgery I don’t know maybe I’m just nervous.. [emoji31]

My doctor recommended to get sleeve surgery because of my family’s record of diabetes and high pressure, etc... I know I’m in the limits of obesity but I been fighting weight all my life and at my 30s is been harder and harder to keep up, so do you guys think this is a right decision??? Or I’m taking the easy way ((that’s what everyone said)) If I said yes I’m going in the 20th... please help!!! I’m a little nervous [emoji4][emoji4][emoji1317]
