  2. I haven’t been exercising, but I do plan to. I’ve been trying to get back to normal life, but I am so tired! I started eating small amounts of soft protein in the second week. It helped. It seems that the main problems are drinking fluids and fatigue.
  3. Hi! Newbie here. I had my surgery on 12/7. Since my pre-op diet & now surgery, I’ve lost a total of 64 pounds. 30 of that is since surgery. For the most part, I’m doing well. The problems I am having is feeling nauseated with drinking most fluids and fatigue. I am told this will pass.
  4. Hi! I think any weight loss is great! I started my journey at 384 pounds at the last part of October. On Surgery day, I weighed 352. I am now 3 weeks post surgery and weigh 320 pounds. I’ve been holding at that weight for most of this week. I can’t wait to lose more. My goal is 150 pounds.
