  2. I also eight weeks out, surgery 11/21/17, I can eat pork tenderloin or chops, okay, only a bite or two. No beef yet, if you have Panera's near by...try the Turkey Chili, 59 grams of protein in the bowl servings, takes me all day to eat it. I am still struggling to meet the goals. Pretty much eating the chili and soups, no where close to being back to normal.
  3. people notice the weight loss, but what some people have said has left me confused. Has anyone said " well you look different" what the heck does that mean? mostly co workers, so I don't confront and say what does that mean! I take it as they think I look worse. I dunno nor should I care! seventy five pound down since I started my weight loss journey, surgery was on 11/21/17, only about 20 since surgery.
  4. I have only lost about 20 post op, five weeks out, but before that I had sixty pre op. People notice..but I didn't until I saw a picture of me taken at Christmas...holy moly!
