  1. It won’t feel good, and you may feel sick. I’m three years out now and enjoy a glass occasionally now but back in the beginning I tried some 3 months post op and it hurt and made me sick. This is just my experience though, I wouldn’t want you to possibly ruin your anniversary over a glass of wine.
  2. I’m in the same boat. 3 years out VSG and slowly gaining because I’ve gotten so lazy. I never got to where I wanted to be and got really depressed (it was many other things in my life that added to my depression) and I just gave up on myself. Now I have no energy and feel terrible all the time. I’m going to start with cleaning up my diet and making sure I take all my vitamins and when I start to feel better from that I will slowly start walking every day. One mile at a time... for me it’s been a mental thing. If it’s a mental thing for you try to get to the bottom of it, other wise it will keep happening.
