  4. I had my surgery Dec 11 and I actually purchased a cook book that had a recipe for a smoothie that really helped me. It has pear, Apple, spinach, avocado, almond milk and a splash of oj. It's delicious and has really helped me. Sent from my SM-G920T using BariatricPal mobile app

  10. Congratualions so excited for you I just had my surgery 9 days ago.I was just as nervous as you are but I just prayed and left it in God's hands. It will all be ok and once you are feeling better we can all chit chat, get to know each other more and support each other.   11. Congrats BigVern619 I just had my surgery 9 days ago and I am excited for this new step in my life. Honestly with trying to pass gas I just walked and walked and that helped me wish I had a different answer but that was my experience.

I was worried about the scale but I'm glad you mentioned to not become a slave. I will do my best and be patient. Thank u again for your kind words. ?
