Yes its normal---it gets easier. Sleeved on 12/12. Not really hungry tho.

The stitches are tiny & just a few after surgery. Also I was second guessing my decision right up until surgery. Just think of all the befores & afters that you have seen. In a bit your pics will be something to see!!![emoji4][emoji173]️[emoji1376]

I lost 80 lbs prior to surgery. I made sure i walked 10,000 steps every day. Cut my portions & tried to eat healthy.

I would love a buddy Surgery 12/12 Ive lost 9 pounds since Admittedly i did very little walking since surgery. Before surgery i walked at least 10,000 steps every day. Today was my first 10,000 step day

I was sleeved on 12/12 & have only had 2 bowel movements. I was told not to worry much since its all liquids that are being consumed
