Hello. I'm a December 18 Sleever and sure need a buddy. Please someone respond. I would love to discuss this process with you all. Has anyone heard of Genepro ? I bought some yesterday at gnc. I tablespoon unflavored protein you can add to anything = 30 protein. How are you preparing? I sure would like to talk.

I'm scheduled Dec 18. I could sure use a friend to talk to about all this.

I start liquid fast of Dec 4. I see my surgeon tomorrow for my pre-op but I'm up 5 pounds. Should I be worried he will reschedule my surgery. I know I will be at my goal after liquid fast. My surgery is Dec 18. Please let me know.

Newbie and in need of sleeve friends

December 18! Wow me too! Im hitting the " this is really happening phase" one week before my liquid diet fast. I'm trying to focus on all the benefits that surgery will do. I'm diabetic with retinal bleeds and at risk of losing my sight. ( not good ). So here's to Dec 18. I hope to chat again.

I'm one week away from beginning my protein shake fast. I'm reading all I can on what to expect and how it's going to be. My surgery is on Dec 18. All this week I have been hit with the reality that this relationship with food is seriously ending. It was an abusive relationship and I'm finally breaking up. I feel hope for the future.
