Got down to 265 and was stuck for years. 2015 I discovered my fitness pal and Bariatric Pal. I’m at 166 and still losing. My goal is 145 for a normal BMI. I am 5’4”

No more insulin and medication. My A1C level is 6.0.. imagine from 12!!! I am very happy to be where I am now, my kids and I are doing more activities than before! I felt 20 years younger now and I am thankful to God and my family for all the support they have given me in this journey. For all of you out there who are planning to be in the same journey and for those who had been in this journey as well.... CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are so blessed!!!
