  1. You are absolutely being too hard on yourself. embrace this process! I have my days but I always remember where I today is better than where I was 4 months ago. You’ll get there!
  2. So I’ve been at a 2 week lull now where I’m stuck at 232. It’s normal I guess and you ladies have lost a lot!
  3. I’m new to this. So stats lol umm I started at 288 and now weigh 232. I went from a 18 to a 14. I have no measurements yet
  4. I think it’s what your comfortable doing. I decided to be open about I️t to my co workers and family because I wanted their support and I think you’ll find just how supportive people will be when you tell them. It’s a lot to go through and not tell anyone. Everything is going to change. Your eating habits, your body, your diet.. people might notice that. Whatever you decide to do be proud that you’re doing this for you. Congratulations and good luck on your journey!
  5. So today I’m about 8 weeks post op. I’ve lost 55lbs and I feel incredible! For anyone considering this I promise you’ll have no regrets! It’s been a tough journey but one that’s been so worth I️t. My first transformation picture!
