I had my follow up phone call a week after surgery and I had been off of narcotics for three days already so they gave me the OK to drive.

Dr Adams did my sleeve on 11/20! We could definitely meet up- I'm finally clear to drive again, so maybe we could get together soon? I'm in Virginia Beach, but can go pretty much anywhere.

I had my sleeve done on 11/20 and I’m doing well- getting in all my liquids and protein and hitting my walking goals. The issue is I have pretty intense pain around my bellybutton. I have two lap sites near my bellybutton, but the pain I’m feeling isn’t near the incisions. It’s sharp and burning and the skin is sensitive to touch- almost the way if feels after you burn your hand on a pan while cooking. I’m wondering if anyone else has this type of pain and how long it lasted?

I have found that the quick melt vitamins made by Celebrate work really well. I can’t stand the chewable ones, but the quick melts are just fine.

Hi all, I am brand new to this site, but I've been in the process of qualifying for my gastric sleeve for about 15 months. Today I am starting day 3 of my all-liquid diet to prepare for surgery on Monday, 11/20. Anyone else scheduled for surgery next week?
