  1. Congratulations on your success so far that’s amazing... these stalls definitely suck but your right have to look at the bigger picture which can be hard sometimes thank you for the encouraging words [emoji4]

  5. I️ lost 30 pounds in my 1st month and today is my second month and I️ only lost 9 pounds smh that’s such a drastic difference I️ know a lost is a lost but what’s goin on????!!!

  8. I️ have a very physical job constant walking lifting pulling bending throughout my 8 hour day and I️ do spin class 1 to 2 days a week should I️ be doing more not to make excuses but after work I’m exhausted Sleeved 10/20/17 Hw 344 Sw 327 Cw 290

I️ absolutely love this thread ok here I️ go sleeved 10/20/17 Hw 344 Sw 327 Cw 293 I️ confess that I️ don’t think I’m going to be as happy as I️ thought I️ was goin to be The more I️ lose weight I️ confess that I’m terrified to have extreme loose skin I️ confess that Im jealous and always compare myself to other ppl journeys I️ confess that I️ didn’t realize the mental side of this was so hard I️ have no cravings and have to remind myself to eat but I️ think about all the things I️ think I️ want I️ confess I️ hit a stall and they scare me wat if I️ won’t continue to lose and that’s I️t Whew ok that felt good [emoji4]
  11. I️ was sleeved 10/20/17 my nutritionist told me I️ wasn’t allowed to add high fiber to my diet until 2 months out

The first week is def the roughest and you think it will never end but the more you sip fluids and walk before you know I️t you will be better I’m a month out and feel like I️ never had surgery lol find a position that works for both of you and your not putting pressure on your stomach and you tell him to go slow but don’t rush I️t your body will tell you when you ready [emoji4]
  14. I️ was sleeved 10/20/17 I️ was able to about 2 and a half weeks but everyone is different u will kno when u feel comfortable I️ was nauseous and could barely get out of bed or get fluids so sex definitely was the last thing on my mind in the beginning lol
  15. Was sleeved 10/20/17 looking for a workout partner/friend to be accountable with that’s goin thru some of things I️ am or have went thru I️t looking forward to starting this new journey with positive ppl in my life that understand the vsg life lol
  16. It was goin down slowly every week and then the next day it went up I️ know that’s the biggest struggle not comparing yourself to others and being patient

They are fitting more comfortable especially my jeans there not cutting into my stomach I️ have extra room I’m able to fit in a xl shirt in some places before it was a 3x or2x... thank you for replying I️ appreciate your help good luck on your journey [emoji4]...... I’ve been mostly doin meats since they have the most protein I️ don’t get my protein from shakes because after surgery they all made me nauseous I️ have tried them all
  18. I️ have only been walking haven’t been cleared for anything more then that... also with barely get in 500 calories a day I️ was just surprised... how far out are you on this journey and how many calories do you consume daily

Hey everyone I️ was sleeved 10/20/17 before my 2 week liquid diet I️ was 344 my surgery date I️ was 327 my 1 month I️ was 297 now the scale says I️ gained 3 pounds and I’m barely eating 500 calories a day am I doing something wrong I’m on solid foods at this phase I’m getting my liquids and getting in protein not eating junk foods plz help

I was sleeved 10/20/17 and that is exactly what I was experiencing my 2nd week plus leg cramps always tired and sleeping no energy to do anything not even drink water I went to the emergency room and was extremely dehydrated They couldn’t even find a vein I was so dehydrated I ended up getting 4 bags of fluids and had to stay the night dehydration is no joke so make sure u sip and sip
  21. My surgery was 10/20/17 Pre op 344 SW 327 CW 303 Didn’t have any complications besides gas for a couple days had a extremely hard time getting in fluids ended up with legs cramps had to go to the er for fluids I’m able to get in more fluids now but my taste has completely changed since surgery so trying to find protein that I can tolerate I’m on soft foods now and have been on a stall for a week and a half
  22. Lol I was surprised but it’s a chicken breast with sauce and cheese and yes it was good
