  1. I started gaining about two years ago....very slowly at first but then in January I started having problems with bursitis and arthritis in my hip, causing too much being sedentary and ultimately I had a hip replacement about 8 weeks ago. Meanwhile, I have packed on the pounds and I'm disgusted with myself. My eating habits have gotten off track again and due to my hip recovery, my exercise routine is in "baby steps". There's no excuse; my SO had a sleeve exactly one year ago so I've been preparing his meals pretty much according to plan. He's done great with his weight loss but I can seen his sweet tooth and carb addiction returning....that one year post op seems to be a turning point. Have any of you had success in re-disciplining yourselves? If so, what tools did you use? I downloaded something call the 5 Day Pouch Reset which basically says go back to 5 days of eating just like the first 5 days post op. I did it, but after the 5 days I was pretty much back to square one. Desperate!
