  1. Even though you’re not eating solids, the digestive tract still sheds cells and eventually the waste needs to leave the body. What you intake can effect the color. Everyone is different when they have their first bowel movement ....3 days, sometimes a week or more.
  2. 7 weeks post op here. I can barely eat 3oz at each meal, rarely get veggies in. My day consists of a protein drink in morning, 3 small meals during the day, then protein drink in evening and of course water in between. If I get a veggie in, its usually a few bites of cooked carrot or the spinach in my scrambled egg. I made a quiche the other day with grated zucchini and sweet potato. It was surprisingly tasty. I have very good energy level and have been feeling great! Down 32 lbs so far.
  3. I was sleeved October 5th, 5 weeks post op yesterday! Down 26 lbs, have had a stall this 4/5th week with 2 lb loss. Not discouraged by it, started back to work last week and have been on my feet a lot. Getting 60-70 grams of protein, 600-700 calories, and almost 64oz of liquid per day. Still only able to eat max 3 oz of food. Preop 250 SW 245 CW 224
