My surgeon is giving me a month off so from 12/5 to 1/8 but I’m only taking two weeks my job is under staffed right now so i told them I’ll come back early on light duty

Congrats to those who have gotten their surgeries already. I’m nervously waiting for Wednesday

I got a 1 pound pack on amazon for under 15 bucks

I’m going to use premier for now but I’m not going to buy a big case because our taste might change after surgery. I also bought Isopure unflavored protein to mix into my puddings, jello and to make smoothies with.

I had my last preop appointment today! I preregistered for my surgery and signed all my forms. It’s getting real! 12/6 is right around the corner

Welcome Cody! We have the same surgery date my nerves are starting to get the best of me. A little over a week until the big day! I am one of the lucky ones that don’t have a 2 week liquid diet but I’m slowly changing my food habits. Keep in touch and we can compare and contrast our journeys. Best wishes

I wish I could take six weeks off. My company is short staffed so I’m trying to be nice and just take two weeks off

I just didn’t want to have people try to talk me out of it. A year ago I was scheduled for surgery and I let my coworker talk me out of it. I always get the “you’re not that big” “you can loose the weight on your own” .

It is very hard to keep it a secret . Everyone at my job thinks I’m going on vacation for two weeks. I have only told my boyfriend and my sister about my surgery. No one else knows.
