I do drink room temp water the cold hurts my teeth. So now I’m day 5 and I’m still having trouble getting water and protein shakes down. I just woke up and tried to drink a bit of water and it made so much pressure in my chest.

Wondering if anyone vapes? If you do how long did you wait until you started vaping again? Do you use nicotine? Do you feel a difference since starting again?

I’m having trouble getting liquid down. I have tons of gas pain still and my stomach must be so small I can take 2 sips of water before I get a gas pain coming back up that feels like a heart attack. Does anyone have some helpful tips for me?

Thank you everyone for the kind words! I've been so busy that I havent been on here. With the shopping and trying to mentally prepare for the surgery and the holidays coming up I'm exhausted. If anyone wants to talk though out the day send me a message I'm taking it easy around the house.

Hello, I'm new here! My name is Cody. I have been working on getting a gastric sleeve since august of this year. It has move pretty quickly for me. But I am excited and nervous at the same time. The liquid diet is wonderful haha. Im located in New York. If anyone wants to talk about what you have gone through so far that would be awesome.
