My bad time was the purée phase; could NOT do it! I chose more shakes instead. I’m not 6 1/2 week’s post op and can eat just about anything, but some things I used to like don’t taste good to me anymore. Starting eating salads this week and it tasted good. Down 41 lbs since surgery, a few waist sizes and feeling good.

Have you tried the GenePro powder? It’s unflavored but has a lot of protein.

Yes! Sleeved on the 25th and makes noise during and after every shake I drink. Water not as much. I’m wondering if it because I’m using a Vitamix blender and even the lowest setting makes the shake frothy; probably air.

Had my surgery on the 25th and had a nightmare about losing my hair (in funky clumps) last night! Only thing my nutritionist said (pre op) is to make sure you get your protein in everyday.

Looking great Justin. I’m 4 days out and while I’m feeling pretty good I’m having hunger pains. Did you experience that?
