  2. Is there anything I can do to stop my hair loss, I'm 4 months post op.
  3. Sometimes dairy can cause dumping, I have become lactose intolerant since I had this surgery, and I wasn't before, and I'm 4 months post. I cream is really hard to digest.
  4. I have been going through that also, I had to set a reminder on my phone to eat, I am 4 months out, you have to eat, if not you won't get any nutrients, and your hair will fall out a lot.
  5. I'm struggling with eating 3 oz, I've had lots of issues since my surgery, I can't even keep most of my food down, and I suffer from diarrhea on a daily basis at least 3 to 4 times a day.
  6. I was told 3 ozs not 4, and I use a mini scale that I can carry in my purse, it fits in the palm of my hand.

  8. I have to know can I drink soda, or not have heard some stories that it causes a lot of pain, is this true.
  9. I'm 4 months out, have been having some major issues, but I have been trying to follow the rules I'm down 45lbs from where I started, my goal is 140. I have 30lbs to go. This is really a lifestyle change.
