  5. Hi everyone! I started soft foods last week and I'm worried I've screwed it up! I haven't been necessarily pureeing all my food, rather I've been chewing it (turkey meatballs, deli meat, cheese, eggs) until it's a really soft consistency. I haven't thrown up but two days ago I did have horrible stomach pains. I have my follow up tomorrow with my surgeon but won't see my dietician for a few more days. Anyway, I'm wondering if everything really does have to be pureed to a silky consistency? I can't imagine pureeing meat, I guess it was so weird for me I thought chewing a lot would be enough. What are you guys doing? [emoji52] Angie
  6. [emoji16] awesome! Definitely going to try this! Angie
  7. Im post op 8 days and I get tired pretty often, I'm sure once I start my vitamins and pureed food it will get better though but right now I couldn't imagine having to deal with much schoolwork. Congratulations and good luck with your surgery. [emoji3] Angie
  8. I understand how you feel, I'm 8 days post op and struggling with the food options. I had two spoonfuls of chicken salad tonight but it didn't really satisfy anything so I'm going to finish up my two weeks of liquids to the letter. Good luck! Angie
