  1. Is it a whole egg - how long do you cook it for and do you add any salt, milk or anything? I'm looking for a quick easy way to cook eggs and this might be great for me in the mornings.
  2. @GreenTealael - what is this and how is it made?
  3. You all look amazing! Still struggling over here. I don't know what the heck is going on with me, but I'm bouncing around the same few pounds again.
  4. My doubt isn't about regain, it's about the claim that drinking after eating makes you not absorb you calories thereby making you lose weight.
  5. Maybe we can get a group discount for our gobblers ?
  6. What mushy foods are you eating?
  7. I still am not convinced. If you eat the same amount as usual but drink then surely people would be using this as a form of weight loss... despite feeling hungry.
  8. Those are not chubby cheeks, those are youthful cheeks! Be thankful lol. I have lost a lot of volume from my face and now have a gobbler. grrrr.
  9. I have managed to put on 4 lbs over night. I don't know how. Does anyone know how this can happen?? It's definitely there and not a blip... it happened 2 days ago. My stomach is really playing up this week... lots and lots of gassiness. Really huge whooshing sounds and gurgling. I don't know how that would play a part in putting on 4 lbs though!
  10. CONGRATULATIONS!! What an amazing achievement!
  11. I don't know any of the answers, but I hope that someone here can help you x
  12. Oh p.s. nsv right here! My BP used to be ‘fair’ bordering on bad and my pulse was always near 100.
  13. My update: My hairloss has slowed down now, thank goodness. As for eating, I can pretty much eat whatever now. I don't think I have had any dumping. Weirdly, there are times I can eat more than at other times - not sure why. I am not throwing up as much as before, but still do every now and then. My issues lately seem to be with snacking at night, so I'm trying to do the intermittent fasting thing... stopping at 8pm and not eating again till 11am. Not sure if that's enough time, but it's a start and is making me mindful about stopping stuffing my face with silly snacks that I don't even really want. The liquid sertraline is definitely helping - I can feel a difference in my mood compared to the pills. I really do not think I was absorbing them. I hope everyone is doing ok! I'm so glad our February group is still going - I love reading your posts.
  14. I just have a question... if we could just wash the food through our systems, surely the weight would be dropping off? Aside from the lack of nutrition, wouldn't that be a great way for people to lose pounds? I don't know if I really believe that it just washes the food through without any calorie intake.
  15. I had it for my RNY. It was absolute rubbish and ended up falling out. The powers that be want to end the use of narcotics ?
  16. Thank you so much @GreenTealael ! I will have a good watch of these tonight. ❤️
  17. Anyone, anyone? Just wondering if you are supposed to miss a meal if you start your day eating at 11am. Or, can someone point me in the right direction of where to look to get the basics of the overnight fasting?
  18. Hi all, I'm thinking of doing IF. Probably doing 11-8pm to start with and see how I go. Quick question... when you do the fast, do you then start with breakfast and go on to lunch and dinner, or are you supposed to skip the first meal?
  19. The med did nothing for me to be honest. Maybe for the first day or so, but after that it didn't really work.
  20. I guess, looking at that chart above, I'm in range. I started off - with my RNY in Feb - at 306. I've lost 57 lbs. Just seems so slow but I guess it all adds up!
  21. My weight loss has slowed a lot lately. I was going from losing a pound a day, to now maybe a pound a week. I have calculated that over the last two months I have lost 11 lbs and I am 6 months out. For the last two months I have been bouncing around the same weight for a while... it's been a real struggle to lose. Can some of you 5 month plus people tell me how much you are losing per week and per month? Thank you!
  22. Congrats! I need to hear this too. Despite being 117lbs down, I’m struggling with my self esteem lately.
  23. Ok, I have finally realised that I need to start doing exercise. I think my weight loss has stalled and that's probably it now until I actually start to move this lump of a body around haha. Can anyone give me some pointers as to what excercise and how much to do per week to see some poundage loss? I have access to a gym - I'm not a lover of walking outside... it's just too hot for my limey skin and I get bored.
