    Are you in the process or have already gone through the process. The guidelines say I have a 4-month period from the day of the seminar to get a surgery date??? Did anyone have the surgery 4 months after actually having this process... And how long were you approved to be out?? They told me they cover up to 12 weeks of S/T disability...

    The workaholic in me is afraid of being off that long! I also work in the medical field and my patients give me life. I think I will miss them... I won't, however, miss my coworkers! Lol!!!
