  1. I’m yet to meet my nutritionist .. I should go! She suggests 6/7 meals a day which is hard with my schedule at work. My calorie intake a day is 800 or less
  2. I lost the weight in the initial 2-3 months and past two months I’ve been on the same weight which is so frustrating!
  3. Hi I’m 5 months post surgery gastric sleeve & have lost only 37 pounds. I walk half an hour is all but my life has just been so crazy. I have to hit the gym.. is anyone else like me out there ? I feel alone cuz all of u out there have lost so much weight .. help!

  5. I do consume soooo less ! I don’t eat most times I think that’s where problem lies ! Thanks for all the advice I’ll try to increase my intake n focus on some healthy fats as suggested! Work out definitely needs to be a part of this
  6. You guys have achieved such amazing weight loss. I’ve lost only 30 pounds since my surgery on August 25th what am I doing wrong ? I do not work out .. I was out of country in a rural place I just got back and want to kick start ! I do have a weakness for chocolates [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22]

  13. Hey thanks ! Yeah my clothes are loser but idk if it's from pre surgical diet ... I'll also keep a check on my inches from now

  15. Thanks for your reply. My sugar is normal so I don't wanna go hypoglycemic with metformin. Diet is less than 800 calories a day, I take 2 shakes and some eggs / chicken / turkey in a day. I walk 30-60 mins a day. 5 days a week. It's getting colder. Start weight 258 Height 5'2 Thanks
  16. Gastric sleeve on August 25 Lost 20 pounds till sept 15 including the Pre op diet. Lost just one pound since then.. no weight loss whatsoever!!! Been over a month .. what kinda stall is this???

  19. Hey starting post to help everyone ! 3rd week post op stall. How long did it last? How did u get out of it.. pls share tips ! Mine's been like 2 weeks & no change in weight! So waiting ...
  20. Surgery date was August 25th ...I haven't been losing weight since third week post op till now.. almost a span of two weeks ! How long does stall last? I'm just having the shake & trying to keep calories restricted
  21. Benefiber , stool softener, walk walk walk.. 600 steps per hour is doable... walk wherever you are. I walk inside the house in a figure of 8 ... walking moves things along. I had bad bad constipation n I've been sleeved on 25 August. My nutritionist asked me to take fiber gummies too. I add half a banana in my shake + ground flax seed. I'll do whatever it takes to move things along. Stay positive & channel your energy to solving the problem. You'll be good I know it's frustrating.. but you will figure what works for u I promise! Make sure to take your thyroid meds if you have hypo & if u take iron that could slow things down big time too . Tc !
