So what have family members been asking because I’m sure they’re nosy. Lol.. and I live alone so I hope I don’t need any extra help. I plan on taking a week, almost 2 weeks off work so hopefully that will be enough time.

When was your surgery? I’m excited and nervous all at the same time. I haven’t told my parents. Although I’m 31, I don’t think they will agree. So I kinda want to tell them, then again no.

I priced tickets to fly to Los Angeles and it’s way cheaper but that’s like 2 hours from San Antonio. I’m just going to fly out to San Diego and call it a day. Always trying to find a cheaper option. Lol

Has anyone flew in to a different location besides San Diego? It’s actually cheaper to fly to Los Angeles from Mississippi. My surgery isn’t until March 2018 at Mexico Bariatric Center.

Hey. I’m in Mississippi and insured through my employer. My PCP stated that she had patients to be approved with my exact same insurance. Have you guys heard of it or know anyone that has this insurance and has been approved? I’ve been denied already and looking into self pay in Mexico.

I already have too many credit cards. Lol

I think I'll get what I can remove and just save. I guess that's what that mean. I work for a small private company. Have insurance but they won't cover the surgery. I'll just save and hopefully be ready in the Spring.

They said that I can only remove what I put in.

Now I've ran into another issue. I can only remove a certain amount from my 401K and they stated that depending on the reason, it may not be approved. I don't understand why I can't remove what I need to get it done and why they're so many restrictions on it.

That's my plan as well. Mines is like $4195. I'm gonna pay $3100 up front.

Which place are you using? The place I'm using requires $500 deposit as well but I kinda want to go ahead and pay $3100 so I won't spend the money elsewhere or on something else! Lol

I would say consider Mexico as well. Using allegiant air, I plan on flying from Memphis to Los Angeles for under $100 then will rent a car to drive to San Diego. It's like a 2 hour drive but wayyyy cheaper!!
