Yes I had a diet plan. Followed it. Yes I have gone to my f/u appt. Went to nut, have a dr app in a couple of weeks. I am in Pueblo West. I don't even get any pleasure in grocery shopping. I read labels a lot, look at sugars and carbs, fat content. I can't believe all the junk I use to eat. I have tried some things but they don't even taste good anymore. Thank you. I have my son also. Doesn't really understand, but I really didn't include him on everything. He can be very judgmental. I know it will take some time and I need to be more open with him. Had surgery on Thurs, Jan 18. Discharged Friday night. The first night was rough. Saturday was better. I haven't taken any pain meds at all. Trying to get my protein an water in. Not being able to have a bm is horrible. I finally had one today. Thank goodness. Ended up with hemiroids bigger than the state of Texas! These really suck. I too am second guessing myself. I started this journey back in august. I have a surgery date of Jan 18. I feel like I'm in a little bit of a pickle. I saved money for my procedure, but I was layed off Dec 15. I am currently living on my severance pay. Do I postpone it and be an adult and save the money I have of better my health?
