Menstrual Cycles Changes After VSG?

I have PCOS and was sleeved on July 20. I just got my first natural period in 3+ years! Prior to surgery I had to take progesterone to provoke a withdrawal bleed every few months. I'm ecstatic! Have to wait at least a year/year and a half before getting pregnant but I'm really encouraged by these results so far! HW 268 SW 245 CW 237
