  1. 4-5 days a week, lifting and low impact cardio.
  2. I’d move slow. Low impact cardio for a month or so. Bike, row machine, treadmill(but do slow, incline walking). You don’t want to pull anything or get a hernia. Ropes are good cardio too.
  3. So glad I found you all! I had surgery June 21. I’m down 46 pounds. Everyone seems to be doing well! I’m having a hard time eating enough protein with each meal. Anyone else?
  4. I was wondering about Plexus too!
