  3. I'm 3 weeks post-op today. Down 22 lbs. determined to only weigh on Tuesday and Fridays only. I think the key is to get in appropriate amount of water and protein. I also am spending some time on the treadmill throughout the day. Good job and good luck!
  4. Hi - I had my gbp on 7/12. Lots of scar tissue from band in 2012 and earlier gall bladder surgery. I also have a jp tube. Emptying about 1 to 2x a day. At beginning, dressing around the entry point was a bit messy, but the dressing was changed prior to being discharged. Hasn't been a problem. There is still a small incision where the tubing enters, so doesn't seem unusual for some seepage to occur into the dressing. But for peace of mind, wouldn't hurt to call doc. Good luck healing. D.
